Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (or milk chocolate, if preferred)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g., almonds, peanuts, or walnuts)

1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)

A pinch of sea salt

Fresh berries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and a pinch of sea salt. Use a whisk or spatula to mix until smooth and creamy.

Spread the Mixture: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the parchment and use a spatula to spread it evenly into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.

Drizzle the Chocolate: Using a spatula or a spoon, drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture. You can use the back of the spoon to swirl the chocolate lightly into the yogurt for a marbled effect.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle the chopped nuts and shredded coconut (if using) over the top of the bark.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it chill for 1–2 hours or until the bark is firm.

Break and Serve: Once frozen, remove the bark from the parchment paper and break it into pieces. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
