1 pound chicken breast, diced

1 cup buffalo sauce (choose your heat level)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or blue cheese)

Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for drizzling

Optional: sliced green onions for garnish

Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with the buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss everything to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.

    Air Fry the Chicken: Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Place the buffalo chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the basket for even cooking. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly crispy.
