1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 large eggs, beaten

Olive oil spray

For the Marinara Dip:

1 cup marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon fresh basil, finely chopped (optional)

Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Instructions
 

Prep the Cauliflower:

    - Rinse and cut the cauliflower head into bite-sized florets. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

      Prepare the Coating:

        - In a large mixing bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

          Breading Station:

            - Set up a breading station with the beaten eggs in one bowl and the breadcrumb mixture in another.

              Coat the Cauliflower:

                - Dip each cauliflower floret into the beaten eggs, ensuring it's fully coated. Then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere. Repeat until all florets are coated.

                  Preheat Air Fryer:

                    - Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.

                      Air Fry the Bites:

                        - Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil. Place the breaded cauliflower bites in a single layer in the basket (you may need to do this in batches). Lightly spray the tops of the bites with olive oil.

                          - Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
