2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced (about 1/4 inch thick)

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Zucchini: Start by washing and drying the zucchinis. Slice them into thin rounds, ensuring even thickness for uniform cooking. Pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

    Make the Coating: In a medium bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

      Coat the Zucchini: In another bowl, drizzle the olive oil over the zucchini slices. Toss them gently to coat evenly.
