Ingredients

2 pounds chicken wings, separated into flats and drumettes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

Prep the Wings: In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Air Fry the Wings: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Add the seasoned wings to the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches). Cook for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.

Prepare Garlic Parmesan Sauce: While the wings are cooking, melt a tablespoon of butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and lemon juice until well combined.

Toss in the Sauce: Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the hot wings and toss gently until they are well coated.

Garnish: Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the wings for a pop of color and additional flavor.

Serve: Transfer the wings to a serving platter and garnish with extra Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
