1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium preferred)

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, freshly grated

1 tablespoon sesame oil

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups cooked jasmine rice (or rice of your choice)

Sesame seeds for garnish

Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

Marinate the Shrimp: In a medium bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss to coat well. Let it marinate for at least 15-20 minutes while you prepare the broccoli.

    Prepare the Broccoli: In a separate bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Ensure all pieces are evenly coated.

      Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

        Cook the Broccoli: Place the broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 5 minutes, shaking the basket halfway to ensure even cooking.
