1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

Optional: a squeeze of lime juice for brightness

Prep the Sweet Potatoes: Start by peeling the sweet potatoes and cutting them into thin, uniform strips (aim for around 1/4 inch thick). This will ensure they cook evenly.

    Season the Fries: In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato strips with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Ensure all fries are well coated.

      Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
