Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 ripe avocado, mashed

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup celery, diced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon lime juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1/4 teaspoon cumin for a hint of spice

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mashed avocado, and Greek yogurt. Mix thoroughly until the chicken is well-coated.

    Add in the finely chopped red onion, diced celery, and chopped cilantro. Stir to combine all the ingredients evenly.

      Pour in the lime juice and season with salt, pepper, and cumin (if using). Mix until all ingredients are well blended and seasoned to your taste.

        Chill the salad in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

          Serve on a bed of greens, as a sandwich filling, or with whole-grain crackers.
