Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1/2 cup green onions, sliced

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

Optional: fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix until smooth and fully blended.

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and sliced green onions until evenly distributed.

Lay out a flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the bacon-cheddar-ranch mixture over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

Starting at one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a pinwheel shape. Ensure the filling stays inside as you roll.

Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling mixture.

Once all tortillas are rolled, wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

After chilling, remove from the refrigerator and slice each rolled tortilla into 1-inch wide pinwheels. Arrange on a platter.

Optional: garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro for a pop of color before serving.
