Ingredients

12 oz spaghetti

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups marinara sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook Spaghetti: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Mix Creamy Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until creamy and smooth.

Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked spaghetti to the creamy base. Stir gently until the pasta is evenly coated.

Layer in Baking Dish: Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer the creamy spaghetti mixture evenly on top. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the spaghetti.

Top with Cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.

Bake: Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the cheese and cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Let the dish cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle chopped fresh basil over the top for added flavor and garnish. Serve hot and enjoy your creamy delight!
