Ingredients

1 loaf of crusty French bread

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the loaf of French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out some of the insides to create a thicker crust for your dip. Set aside the removed bread for later use.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined and smooth.

Stir in the minced garlic, chopped parsley, oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Spoon the creamy mixture evenly into the hollowed out bread halves, spreading it to fill each side generously.

Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top of the filled bread halves.

Place the bread halves on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into individual pieces for serving.

Serve warm with the reserved bread pieces, crackers, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
