2 ripe bananas, mashed

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen, chopped if large)

1/4 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Pinch of salt

1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional, for added crunch)

2 tbsp chia seeds (optional, for added nutrition)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

    Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until you have a smooth consistency.

      Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. If you’re using nuts, seeds, or chia seeds, add them to this mixture.

        Combine Mixtures: Gradually stir in the dry mixture into the wet mixture until well combined. Gently fold in the mixed berries, being careful not to break them down too much.

          Form Bites: Using your hands or a cookie scoop, form small bites or balls approximately 1 inch in diameter. Place them onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each bite.

            Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and firm to the touch.
