Ingredients

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prep the Steak: In a large mixing bowl, combine the steak cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Toss until the steak is well coated in the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15-30 minutes for maximum flavor.

Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Arrange the Steak Bites: Place the marinated steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to ensure they cook evenly.

Air Fry: Cook the steak bites in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking. For rare steak bites, aim for around 8 minutes; for medium, around 10 minutes.

Check Doneness: Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature if desired. For medium-rare, target 135°F (57°C), and for medium, aim for 145°F (63°C).

Serve: Once cooked to your liking, remove the steak bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce or sides.
