Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup fresh or frozen cherries, pitted and halved

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts, optional)

A sprinkle of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk together until smooth and well combined. Adjust the sweetness to your liking.

Line the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet (approximately 9x13 inches) with parchment paper. This will make it easy to remove the frozen bark later.

Spread the Yogurt Mixture: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly, aiming for a thickness of about 1/2 inch.

Add Cherries: Evenly distribute the cherry halves over the yogurt layer, pressing them slightly into the mixture so they stick.

Optional Toppings: If using, sprinkle dark chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and a dash of sea salt over the top for added texture and flavor.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet into the freezer and let it freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until completely firm.

Break into Pieces: Once frozen, remove the yogurt bark from the baking sheet by lifting the parchment paper. Break or cut it into pieces of your desired size.

Serve and Enjoy: Serve the frozen yogurt bark immediately or store it in an airtight container in the freezer for later.
