2 lbs small Yukon Gold potatoes, halved (or quartered if large)

4 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped

1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
