Ingredients

1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust for heat preference)

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Spinach: In a colander, squeeze out as much excess moisture as possible from the thawed spinach. You want it dry to avoid a watery dip.

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until creamy and well combined.

Add the Veggies: Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella, and red pepper flakes. Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Season It: Add salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to taste. Adjust flavors to your preference.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Spoon the dip mixture into a greased (or parchment-lined) baking dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle with extra mozzarella on top.

Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and the top is golden and crispy.

Garnish: Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

Serve: Serve warm with tortilla chips, toasted bread, or fresh vegetables.
