Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crispiness)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon onion powder

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Preparation of Ingredients: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a shallow bowl, combine the flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. In another bowl, whisk the eggs. In a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, and paprika until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.

Dredging Process: Take each pork chop and dredge it first in the flour mixture, making sure to coat it evenly. Shake off any excess flour and then dip the pork chop into the beaten egg, allowing the excess to drip off.

Breadcrumb Coating: Press the pork chop into the buttery garlic breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it is fully coated on both sides. Transfer the breaded pork chop to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking the Chops: Repeat the process with the remaining pork chops. Once all are coated, place them in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the chops are golden and crispy.

Serving: Once done, remove the pork chops from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for an added burst of flavor. Enjoy your crispy butter garlic breaded pork chops with your favorite sides!
