Ingredients

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt to taste

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir until well mixed. Set aside.

Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters for smaller pieces.

Fill the Cheese Bombs: Take one piece of biscuit dough, flatten it slightly, and place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella in the center. Gather the edges of the dough around the cheese and pinch to seal, ensuring no cheese is exposed. Repeat with the remaining dough and cheese.

Coat with Garlic Butter: Dip each sealed cheese ball into the garlic butter mixture, then place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they are spaced apart to allow for expansion.

Add Parmesan Topping: Once all cheese bombs are on the baking sheet, drizzle any remaining garlic butter over them and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Finish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let them cool for a minute. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, cheesy, buttery goodness!
