Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine pasta

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about 1 cup of pasta water.

Season the Steak: In a bowl, toss the thinly sliced ribeye steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Cook the Steak: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the seasoned steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, add 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and mix well. Remove the shrimp and set aside with the steak.

Make the Alfredo Sauce: In the skillet, lower the heat to medium and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for about 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, gradually stir in the reserved pasta water until you reach desired consistency.

Combine: Add the cooked fettuccine, seasoned steak, and shrimp to the Alfredo sauce. Toss everything together until well coated. Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or extra Cajun seasoning to taste.

Plate: Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
