Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup milk

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

32 oz bag of frozen tater tots

Optional: pickles, diced tomatoes, and lettuce for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Beef: In a large skillet, over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the beef is no longer pink and the onions are translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

      Mix the Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.

        Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked beef and onion mixture to the bowl with the sauce. Stir in half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Mix until well combined.

          Layer the Casserole: In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spread the beef and cheese mixture evenly. Top with the frozen tater tots in a single layer.

            Add Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese generously over the tater tots.

              Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
