1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup spinach leaves

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

4 large flour tortillas (or your preferred wrap)

¼ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Chicken: Start by slicing the chicken breasts into thin strips. This will help them cook quickly and evenly.

    Season the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken strips to this mixture and toss until they're evenly coated. Let them marinate for about 15 minutes.
