1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

4 slices of cooked bacon

4 slices of turkey breast or chicken

2 slices of Swiss or cheddar cheese

2 slices of ripe tomato

1 cup of crisp lettuce (romaine or iceberg)

Salt and pepper to taste

Toast the Bread: Begin by toasting three slices of bread until golden brown and crispy. This will provide a sturdy base for your sandwich.

    Prepare the Spread: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until well combined. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

      Layering the Sandwich:

        - First Layer: Spread a generous amount of the mayo-mustard mixture on one side of the first slice of toasted bread. Add two slices of turkey or chicken followed by two slices of bacon. Top with a slice of cheese and a few pieces of lettuce, ensuring they stick well.
