Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup condensed milk

1 cup warm milk (110°F/45°C)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 teaspoons instant yeast

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional: 1/4 cup sugar (for a sweeter bread)

Optional: Sesame seeds or poppy seeds for topping

Instructions

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar (if using) until well combined.

Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the warm milk, melted butter, condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Create the Dough: Pour the wet mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients. Stir with a spatula or wooden spoon until a shaggy dough forms. The dough will be sticky; that's okay!

First Rise: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a clean kitchen towel. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.

Shape the Dough: After the first rise, lightly flour a work surface. Turn the dough out onto the floured surface and gently shape it into a round loaf. No kneading is necessary—just fold it over itself a few times to create surface tension.

Second Rise: Place the shaped dough in a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Cover it again and let it rest for another 30-45 minutes, or until puffed up.

Preheat the Oven: While the dough is rising, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare for Baking: Once the dough has risen, sprinkle sesame seeds or poppy seeds on top if desired. This adds a nice crunch and enhances the visual appeal.

Bake the Bread: Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool and Serve: After removing from the oven, let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve it warm or at room temperature.
