Cranberry Feta Pinwheels

1 large flour tortilla (whole wheat or regular)

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped

1/4 cup roasted walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional)

1/4 cup fresh spinach or arugula, chopped

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: fresh herbs (like parsley or thyme) for added flavor

Prepare the Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, and honey. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
