2 ripe avocados

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

Tortilla chips or fresh veggies for serving

Prep the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium-sized bowl.

    Mash the Avocados: Using a fork or a potato masher, mash the avocado until creamy but still a bit chunky if desired.
