1 lb (450g) potato gnocchi

1 cup fresh basil leaves, packed

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup pine nuts (or walnuts)

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup heavy cream

½ cup olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Cherry tomatoes, halved (for garnish)

Extra basil leaves (for garnish)

Cook the Gnocchi: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook according to package directions. Generally, they will float to the top when done. Drain and set aside.
