1 lb (450g) ground beef

8 oz (225g) egg noodles

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup panko breadcrumbs (for topping)

2 tbsp olive oil (for drizzling)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Noodles: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the egg noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
