12 oz penne pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works well)

1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (for extra flavor)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Whisk together until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a spicier flavor, fold in additional buffalo sauce to taste.

        Combine Ingredients: Add the shredded chicken, cooked penne pasta, and half of the Parmesan cheese to the sauce mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
