Ingredients

2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup blueberries

2 cups cubed pineapple

1 large ripe banana, sliced

1 cup seedless grapes, halved

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, pineapple cubes, banana slices, and halved grapes. Gently toss the fruits together to mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using) until smooth and creamy.

Pour the yogurt mixture over the fruit salad. Carefully fold the yogurt into the fruit using a spatula or wooden spoon, ensuring all the fruits are coated without mashing them.

Taste the salad and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if necessary.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Before serving, give the salad a gentle stir, garnish with fresh mint leaves, and enjoy!
