2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

8 oz fresh spinach, roughly chopped

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Cook the Tortellini: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions (usually 3-5 minutes for fresh or 7-10 minutes for frozen) until they float to the top. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Garlic: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

      Add Spinach: Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the spinach has wilted down.
