1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 1 lemon

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 cups fresh spinach
