2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Zest and juice of 1 large lemon

1 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 medium zucchinis, spiralized into noodles (zoodles)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

    - Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme.

      Cook the Chicken:

        - In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 7-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
