1 lb (450g) chicken breast tenders

1 cup buttermilk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

½ cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

Cooking spray (for air fryer)

For the Zesty Ranch Dipping Sauce:

½ cup sour cream

½ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon dried dill

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken tenders to the mixture and coat well. Let them marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight for extra flavor!).
