Ingredients
  

4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

2 tablespoons zaatar spice blend

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a large mixing bowl, combine the zaatar spice blend, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well to form a marinade. Add the chicken thighs and coat them evenly with the marinade. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).

    Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

      Arrange Chicken in Air Fryer: Once marinated, remove the chicken from the refrigerator. Arrange the chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overcrowded for even cooking.

        Air Fry: Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

          Serve: Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve while hot.
