1 teaspoon smoked paprika

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup your favorite hot sauce (for tossing, optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet for better air circulation.

    Prepare the Wings: Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels. Ensure they are as dry as possible to achieve crispiness.

      Coat the Wings: In a large bowl, mix the baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Add the wings to the bowl and drizzle with olive oil, tossing everything together until the wings are evenly coated with the seasoning mix.
