1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 large egg

1/4 cup buttermilk (or regular milk with a splash of lemon juice)

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 1 lemon

Olive oil spray or cooking spray for crispy texture

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare Chicken: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cut chicken pieces with lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Let this marinate for about 15 minutes to infuse the flavors.
