1 teaspoon onion powder

Vegetable oil (for frying)

½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

½ cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for drizzling)

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, soak the chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes to tenderize and add flavor. This step is crucial for juiciness.

    Prepare the Breading: In a shallow dish, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.

      Coat the Chicken: Remove each chicken tender from the buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off. Dredge in the flour mixture, dip back into the buttermilk, then coat thoroughly with the panko breadcrumbs. Repeat for all tenders.
