1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 large tortillas (flour or whole grain)

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato, diced

½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

¼ cup ranch dressing (or your favorite dressing)

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, soak the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator. This tenderizes the chicken and adds flavor.
