1 cup cottage cheese (small curd works best)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup cornmeal

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

1/4 tsp black pepper

Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it with cooking spray.

    Mix the Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, grated Parmesan, cornmeal, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed. The mixture should slightly thicken and hold together.

      Shape the Chips: Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of the spoon to form thin discs. Make sure to leave some space between each chip for even cooking.

        Bake the Chips: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning.

          Cool and Crisp: Once baked, remove the chips from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes. During this time, they will become even crispier.
