1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika (or smoked paprika for a bolder flavor)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Olive oil spray or cooking spray

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Breading Stations: Set up three shallow bowls for the breading process:

      - In the first bowl, add the all-purpose flour seasoned with a pinch of salt and pepper.

        - In the second bowl, beat the eggs until smooth.

          - In the third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

            Bread the Green Beans:

              - Take each trimmed green bean and first dip it into the flour, ensuring it's fully coated. Shake off any excess.

                - Next, dip the floured green bean into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.

                  - Finally, coat the green bean with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly to ensure even coverage.

                    Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the breaded green beans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they are not overcrowded to achieve maximum crispiness.

                      Spray with Olive Oil: Lightly spray the breaded green beans with olive oil to help them crisp up in the oven.

                        Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the green bean chips are golden brown and crispy. Flip them halfway through to ensure even browning.
