2 lbs baby potatoes (Yukon Gold or red potatoes)

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.

    Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and dry the baby potatoes. Cut them in half (or quarters if they are larger) to ensure even cooking.

      Season the Potatoes: In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until the potatoes are well coated in the oil and spices.

        Add Parmesan Cheese: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned potatoes and toss again until the cheese adheres to the surface of the potatoes.
