1 bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos

1 lb ground beef (or turkey)

1 packet taco seasoning

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup corn, canned or frozen and thawed

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced red onion

1/2 cup sliced black olives

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup salsa

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Cook the Meat: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef (or turkey) until fully cooked. Drain excess fat, if necessary.

Season the Meat: Add the taco seasoning to the cooked meat, along with 1/4 cup of water. Stir to combine and let simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Prepare the Vegetables: While the meat is cooking, chop the cherry tomatoes, lettuce, red onion, and slice the olives.

Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked meat, cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, shredded lettuce, red onion, and olives. Toss everything together gently.

Assemble the Salad: Just before serving, crush the Doritos slightly and add them to the mixture. Then drizzle with sour cream and salsa and toss again to coat everything evenly.

Garnish and Serve: Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired. Serve immediately for maximum crunch!
