Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (plus lemon wedges for serving)

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

Prep the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets for added moisture and flavor.

Make the Lemon Dill Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt or sour cream, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped dill. Mix well until smooth. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Set aside in the refrigerator to chill slightly.

Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to preheat for about 3-5 minutes.

Cook the Salmon: Once preheated, place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not crowded. Cook for 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of your salmon, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serve: Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer. Drizzle with lemon dill sauce and garnish with additional fresh dill, if desired. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of citrus flavor.

Enjoy: Pair this dish with steamed vegetables or a crisp salad for a wholesome meal!
