2 large flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

1/4 cup buffalo sauce

1/2 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup diced celery

1/2 cup diced red onion

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Optional: sliced jalapeños for extra heat

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Stir until the chicken is well-coated.

      Assemble Flatbreads: Lay the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread a thin layer of ranch dressing evenly on each flatbread.

        Add Chicken and Cheese: Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over the flatbreads. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken.

          Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.

            Top with Fresh Ingredients: Remove the flatbreads from the oven once done. Sprinkle diced celery, red onion, and fresh parsley over the top. If desired, add sliced jalapeños for extra spice.
