Salt and pepper to taste

8 small corn or flour tortillas

1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 avocado, sliced

1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

Marinate the Shrimp: In a large bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp are well coated. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator.

Prepare the Taco Assembly: While the shrimp are cooking, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.

Assemble the Tacos: On each tortilla, distribute a handful of shredded red cabbage, add a few shrimp, and top with slices of avocado and fresh cilantro.

Add Dressing: Drizzle the sour cream (or Greek yogurt) mixed with lime juice over the tacos.

Serve: Serve the tacos immediately with lime wedges on the side for an extra zesty kick.
