Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

Salt and pepper, to taste

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

8 ounces fettuccine pasta

4 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Add the chicken to the pot and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the fettuccine pasta and pour in the chicken broth. Bring to a gentle boil.

Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 12-15 minutes or until the pasta is cooked al dente, stirring occasionally.

Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well until the sauce is creamy and slightly thickened.

Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley. Enjoy your creamy one-pot delight!
