2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients: Begin by washing the peaches and basil leaves thoroughly. Slice the peaches into wedges and the mozzarella into thick slices.

Layer the Salad: On a large serving platter, alternate slices of peach and mozzarella. Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the slices for a burst of flavor and color.

Season: Drizzle the olive oil over the layered peaches and mozzarella. Follow with a drizzle of balsamic glaze for that sweet tang.

Add Flavor: Season the salad with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, which will enhance the natural sweetness of the peaches and the creaminess of the mozzarella.

Serve: This salad can be served immediately or allowed to sit for a few minutes for the flavors to meld together. Enjoy this refreshing dish as an appetizer or a light meal!
