Ingredients

2 cups crushed pretzels

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup granulated sugar

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup Cool Whip (or whipped topping)

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the pretzels are well-coated.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool completely.

In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.

Gently fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.

Add the drained crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, and chopped pecans (if using) to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until evenly incorporated.

Spread the pineapple fluff mixture over the cooled pretzel crust, smoothing it out evenly.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the fluff to set.

Serve chilled and enjoy a delightful combination of sweet and salty flavors!
