4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium recommended)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Lemon wedges for garnish

Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Prep the Ingredients: Rinse the salmon fillets and pat them dry with paper towels. Trim the broccoli into small florets to ensure even cooking.

    Marinate the Salmon: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over them, making sure they are evenly coated. Set aside to marinate for about 15 minutes.

      Prepare the Broccoli: In a separate bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, a pinch of salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

        Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

          Cook the Salmon: Place the marinated salmon fillets in the air fryer basket skin-side down, leaving space in between them for air circulation. Air fry for 10 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

            Cook the Broccoli: After the salmon has cooked for 5 minutes, add the broccoli florets to the air fryer basket around the salmon. Continue cooking for the remaining 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender and crispy.

              Serve: Carefully remove the salmon and broccoli from the air fryer. Arrange on a serving platter and drizzle with the remaining marinade. Garnish with lemon wedges and chopped parsley if desired.
