For the Chicken Marinade:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Ramen:

4 cups chicken broth

2 packs of fresh or dried ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets if using instant)

1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced

1 cup bok choy, chopped

1/2 cup green onions, sliced (reserve some for garnish)

1 tablespoon chili oil (optional for extra heat)

2 soft-boiled eggs (for serving)

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt, to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken Marinade:

    - In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper.

      - Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).

        Cook the Chicken:

          - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.

            - Once cooked, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.

              Prepare the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

                - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and salt. Adjust seasoning to taste and set aside.

                  Cook the Ramen:

                    - In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a simmer. Add the shiitake mushrooms and cook for about 3-4 minutes.

                      - Add the ramen noodles and bok choy to the simmering broth. Cook according to the noodle package instructions, usually about 3-5 minutes, until tender.

                        Assemble the Ramen Bowls:

                          - Divide the cooked ramen and broth into bowls.

                            - Top each bowl with sliced chicken, a drizzle of chili oil if desired, and a soft-boiled egg cut in half.

                              - Add a generous dollop of creamy garlic sauce and garnish with sliced green onions.

                                Serve Immediately:

                                  - Enjoy your Fiery Chicken Ramen hot, savoring the rich flavors and delightful heat.
